Job Summary
Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments while operating equipment and cash registers to ensure speed and accuracy. Greet customers to foster a friendly atmosphere and focus on their positive experience throughout the visit. Maintain store freshness by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products, alongside routine housekeeping tasks like dusting, mopping, and trash removal. Temporary positions require weekly availability for up to 90 days with flexibility for opening, midday, or closing shifts, including occasional weekends. Candidates must be at least 16 years old with basic math and keyboarding skills. Join our team to support store leaders in all facets of retail operations within a vibrant college hub.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- An outstanding attitude with the willingness to learn and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
- Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.
- Temporary positions require availability to work on a weekly basis for a period of 90 days or less with occasional weekends, and flexibility in scheduling for opening, midday, or closing shifts.
- In accordance with individual campus requirements, positions may require confirmation of vaccination.
- The use of face masks throughout the day and while on campus may also be expected or required.
