Job Summary
Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments while greeting customers to ensure a positive experience throughout their visit. Operate equipment and cash registers to maintain speed of service and accurate transactions. Keep the store fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products, plus perform routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and vacuuming. Temporary positions last from several weeks up to 90 days with flexible scheduling. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, possess basic math and keyboarding skills, and be comfortable engaging customers in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- An outstanding attitude with the willingness to learn and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
- Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.
- Positions may require confirmation of vaccination.
- The use of face masks throughout the day and while on campus may also be expected or required.
