Job Summary
Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments while operating equipment and cash registers to ensure speed and accuracy. Greet customers to foster a positive atmosphere, then maintain store freshness by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products. Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, and trash removal. Work flexible shifts across opening, midday, or closing times for a temporary period of 90 days or less. Maintain physical stamina through frequent movement and lifting within the store.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 16 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
- An outstanding attitude with the willingness to learn and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
- Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods.
- Positions may require confirmation of vaccination.
- The use of face masks throughout the day and while on campus may also be expected or required.
