Job Summary
Process sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments while greeting customers to ensure a positive experience. Operate equipment and cash registers to maintain speed of service, then keep the store fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products. Perform routine housekeeping including dusting, mopping, window cleaning, and trash removal. This seasonal role requires work during peak periods such as semester starts and ends, occasional weekends, and flexibility in scheduling throughout the academic year. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and comfortable engaging customers in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- An outstanding attitude with the willingness to learn and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
- Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills
- Flexible availability throughout the academic year including peak periods
- Confirmation of vaccination
- The use of face masks throughout the day and while on campus
