Job Summary
The Registrar at Unitek Learning supports students throughout their academic journey by managing records, registration, and transcript evaluations, ensuring FERPA compliance and accurate SIS data. Responsibilities include evaluating incoming transcripts within 48 business hours, aligning transcripts with course equivalencies across campuses, managing student registration processes, coordinating Nursing course codes, running Satisfactory Academic Progress evaluations, maintaining student records in the SIS, processing enrollment verifications, auditing files for data accuracy, and providing timely support to students, faculty, and staff. Collaborates with Program Directors, Deans, and Academic Operations to standardize registrar practices, deliver reports, and drive campus operational efficiency. The role may require a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and overtime to meet campus needs. Location is Tempe Corporate Office with in-person remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in educational administration or related field
- College degree preferred
- Ability to type at least 55 WPM
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
