Job Summary
Maintain current and accurate confidential student records by creating and managing physical and computerized enrollment, withdrawal, and residency information. Perform data entry for the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS), including report card grades, attendance, class rosters, and schedule changes. Prepare demographic, attendance, and transcript reports while interacting with third-party software for career readiness and college admissions. Key and verify source data, correcting errors prior to processing, and manage transcripts for new and transfer students. Work 210 days per year in a high school setting with proficiency in databases and word processing.

- Experience in student records management including transcripts, enrollment, transfers, attendance, and grades

- Self-sufficient problem solver
- Minimum of one year of experience entering and tracking data
- Experience preferably in a public education environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Ability to perform prolonged sitting
- Ability to perform occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
