Job Summary
Conduct campus recruiting activities for UNIQLO's Management Candidate and Internship Programs, including presentations, career fairs, and on-campus interviews. Establish relationships with career centers, faculty, and students while managing the summer intern program, from performance evaluations to social event planning. Assist in developing and executing social media initiatives and analyze recruiting data to develop external networks regarding competition and salaries. Manage the recruitment budget for on-campus activities and intern events, with approximately 30% travel required during peak seasons.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of prior recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in office computer software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel as needed during peak recruiting seasons (approximately 30%)
- Flexibility to work evenings during recruitment and summer seasons
- Proficient in major social media networks
- Previous experience using an applicant tracking system
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- US Travel may be required: 30%
