Job Summary
Sourcing, interviewing, and recommending candidates for entry-level and experienced roles across business groups. Partner with teams to forecast hiring needs, explore sourcing options, and research solutions for hard-to-fill positions. Head implementation teams to deliver new hiring strategies while managing ATS data and selection status. Aid in hiring diverse candidates, create recruitment strategies, and coach management on complex onboarding processes. Review survey data to improve candidate experience and follow up with hiring managers as necessary. Work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh or Raleigh.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or other related business discipline
- Equivalent experience in an HR role, specifically Recruitment
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- Working experience with Applicant Tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong follow up skills
- Solid time management skills
- Ability to work well with time constraints, multiple priorities and deadlines
- The role is onsite 5 days a week
