Campus Recruiter

Coordinate campus recruiting events including career fairs, presentations, and interview days while managing the Applicant Tracking System for candidate screening and dispositioning. Source and screen candidates from the ATS and creative sources like social media and professional organizations. Co-lead the Summer Intern Program and facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers. Research university programs, maintain the brand on campus, and manage the office interviewing program including interviewer trainings and post-interview debriefs. Extend offers to intern and collegiate candidates, manage follow-up communication, and answer questions about the compensation package. This role supports local region campus recruiting efforts and nationwide firmwide college recruiting initiatives. Approximately 25% annual travel is required, with peak seasons in September-October and February-March.
