Job Summary
Campus Recruiter role focused on driving volume hiring for Campus Managers at a fast-growing startup. 40% recruiting and 60% sales/communication responsibilities, including outbound campaigns, screening and scheduling, coordinating with interview and training teams, and delivering recruiting metrics. Remote in India (WFH) with a 3-month contract and potential to convert to full-time based on performance. Reports to Recruiting Team Manager; opportunity to grow professionally while helping student entrepreneurs who sell apparel.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of High volume recruiting experience
- 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- LinkedIn recruiting experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
- Proactive
