Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end recruitment for our internship program across multiple hiring cycles each year, build relationships with student associations, academic institutions, and campus partners, represent Coveo at recruitment events and career fairs, coordinate employer branding initiatives (social media content, employee referral program promotion, talent attraction events), support submission of employer awards, and plan flagship talent initiatives such as Coveo Blitz to showcase our campus presence and employer brand.
Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting interns, students, or early-career talent
- Knowledge of the Quebec university, college, and student association ecosystem
- Strong communication skills in French and English
