Job Summary
Campus Recruiter facilitates high-volume campus sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for entry-level roles across Arrive locations. You’ll build relationships with university faculty and career services, execute on-campus engagement events, partner with Sales Recruiting, and develop sourcing strategies to meet staffing needs. You’ll manage candidate pipelines, assess fit for roles, leverage ATS and social media to attract talent, and contribute to campus programs and metrics with data-driven insights. You’ll travel up to 25% during peak cycles, work flexible hours, and support relocation for non-local candidates.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
- 1+ year(s) of Sales, Recruiting or HR experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and social media tools and strategies to attract talent (preferred).
- Proven ability to connect and interact with students, faculty and staff to build productive relationships.
