Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for intern positions across Tax, Audit, Advisory, Information Assurance, and Information Technology teams. Establish partnerships with department leaders and college career services to plan and execute on-campus events, including career fairs and presentations, while communicating expectations to campus recruiting teams. Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis and manage the internship program, including performance reviews and intern activities. Travel daily to strategic campuses during recruiting seasons to build relationships with faculty and students, ensuring a positive experience for all interns. This role supports the Atlanta office and IAS/IT teams within a Top 20 CPA firm that Accounts for Anything.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- The willingness and ability to travel daily (Monday-Thursday) up to 16 weeks a year, in order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position. (Campus Recruiting Season January – March and August - October).

- Proven excellence in project management skills: prioritizing workload, planning and organizing, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and professional delivery
- Demonstrated experience in managing large scale events with multiple stakeholders
- Experience or potential to plan, direct, and lead recruiting and new hire events
- Demonstrate strong capacity for successfully working with high volume recruitment and branding campaigns
- Ability to engage with and build relationships with Aprio Partners, college faculty members, and college students
- Previous professional service experience
- 1-2 years of campus recruiting experience or public accounting experience
