Job Summary
The Campus Recruiter plays a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment for university hiring, including internships and early-career full-time roles. Acting as a company ambassador, the recruiter will promote the organization at universities, source candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of campus recruiting experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience recruiting engineering students
- Exposure to technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries
- Experience recruiting graduate-level students
- Familiarity with Handshake or other campus recruiting platforms
- Experience working with international students and understanding of CPT/OPT sponsorship guidelines
