Job Summary
Assist the Campus Worship Pastor in developing and training volunteer teams while providing high-quality production support for weekend, mid-week, and campus events. Modify ProPresenter content, design lighting and stage setups, and schedule volunteers to ensure smooth service execution. Print and load content for all services, maintain production equipment according to established schedules, and manage training workflows in Planning Center Online and the church database. Operate media equipment and troubleshoot audio and video systems as needed. This part-time role (20-25 hrs/week) requires 3-5 years of live production experience and proficiency in presentation software, with a commitment to Lakepointe's leadership behaviors.
