Job Summary
Coordinate weekend services and special events by directing communicators, worship leaders, and production teams to ensure seamless audio, lighting, and video flow. Program and oversee technical elements including front-of-house mixing, live IMAG video, and equipment maintenance while collaborating with worship leaders and the Campus Pastor. Lead rehearsals to refine transitions and timing, and recruit, train, and schedule volunteers to foster a collaborative team culture. Manage production for youth nights, camps, and other campus gatherings, participating in weekly meetings and supporting assigned projects. Work Sunday through Thursday with occasional Friday and Saturday duties, lifting up to 50 pounds and operating in high-noise environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in related live production or producing roles
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams in live, high-pressure environments
- Experience mixing in live audio
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to safely set up, adjust, and transport production equipment
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, reach, and work in elevated or confined spaces as required by production setups
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods at rehearsals, services, or events
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely in compliance with church safety guidelines and OSHA standards
- Flexibility during key ministry seasons and special events
- Regular work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with occasional Friday and Saturday responsibilities for ministry events, services, and special programming
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with professional digital consoles
- Familiarity with lighting software and consoles (Vista, LightKey, GrandMA)
- Experience with live video switching systems (e.g., Blackmagic ATEM, Ross)
- Familiarity with ProPresenter, Planning Center, and similar production or administrative tools
- Open to continued learning and growth, both spiritually and technically
