Job Summary
Lead the strategic direction, performance, and operations of OneSchool Global's flagship Sydney campus, championing the school's ethos and guiding principles. Provide exceptional instructional leadership for Years 3 to 12, strengthening teaching quality and student outcomes within the organization's learning model. Build leadership capability across staff, develop future leaders, and drive campus improvement initiatives that create sustainable success beyond leader-dependent outcomes. Use data and strategic insight to improve student achievement, engagement, and wellbeing while maintaining robust governance, compliance, and safeguarding practices. Partner with regional and global leaders to advance organizational growth, manage budgets and workforce planning, and represent the campus in national and international initiatives. Balance local priorities with broader strategic objectives to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Accomplished educational executive with substantial leadership experience within a school environment
- Significant executive leadership experience within a school or educational environment
- A proven ability to improve student outcomes through high-quality teaching and learning
- Demonstrated success leading organisational improvement through people, systems and culture
- Experience developing high-performing leadership teams and building leadership capability in others
- Strong strategic, operational and financial leadership capability
- A successful track record of leading through influence rather than hierarchy
- Experience balancing local priorities with broader organisational objectives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build credibility across diverse groups
- Experience operating within governance, compliance and safeguarding frameworks
- The ability to drive accountability, performance and continuous improvement
