Job Summary
Oversee academic operations for an assigned campus, managing space planning, security, maintenance, and budget while serving as the designated ABHES school director. Recruit, develop, and supervise a team to foster a student-centric culture, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Dean of Nursing and Provost, to achieve retention, placement, and NCLEX-RN pass rate goals. Cultivate partnerships with community partners to enhance the college's reputation and facilitate student access to resources.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in leadership, education, healthcare, business, or a related field
- Degree must be from an institution accredited by the US Secretary of Education or CHEA
- Equivalent skills and experience
- 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in effective operational leadership
- Experience in a role with P&L responsibility
- Strong negotiation skills, able to bring others together and negotiate differences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in nursing or higher education
- Experience with industry technological programs or similar programs (i.e. Nexus, Anthology, Canvas)
