Job Summary
Campus Pastor responsibilities include planning, developing, coordinating, and leading worship services (including Sunday and Thursday services, memorial services, and Bible studies); providing spiritual counseling and pastoral support to residents, families, and employees; maintaining a visitation program for newly admitted residents; coordinating with residents’ personal ministers or faith leaders; offering mealtime blessings and maintaining a visible supportive presence in the dining room; assisting in planning religious programs with community churches and organizations; and supporting the campus' spiritual life in alignment with Valley View’s mission and values. The role is part-time (2-3 days weekly, every other Sunday) at Valley View Retirement Community in Belleville, PA, with a compensation range of $25-$27 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed minister in accordance with state requirements
- Two or more years of pastoral ministry experience
- Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Valley View
