Lead campus ministry as the primary DNA carrier for Ada Bible Church's Knapp Street location, ensuring alignment with the vision of deeper discipleship and wider reach. Set spiritual tone and culture, provide platform leadership during weekend services, and supervise the Campus Director while overseeing assimilation and membership processes. Build high-capacity volunteer leaders, develop Deacon/Elder quality candidates, and establish care systems to support congregation needs. Monitor campus health metrics, collaborate with central ministry directors, and foster a leadership culture where volunteers drive mission. Host weekend services and speak in various settings to inspire next steps in faith.
