Job Summary
Build meaningful relationships throughout the Hope community and develop a strong pastoral presence within the church and local area. Gather, equip, and lead a healthy team of staff and volunteers while creating a welcoming culture where people can belong before they believe. Help establish and lead weekly worship gatherings, identify community needs, and develop ministries that respond to them. Work closely with local pastors, churches, and organizations to build lasting partnerships, and provide pastoral care, prayer, discipleship, and leadership development. Live out the mission, vision, and values of Main Street Church to help people take their next steps toward wholeness in Christ.
Required Qualifications
- Loves Jesus deeply and lives with spiritual maturity and integrity
- Loves people and genuinely enjoys building relationships
- Has a heart for the local church and the community of Hope
- Is a strong communicator, team builder, and developer of leaders
- Is entrepreneurial and excited about building something new
- Can lead with both faith and wisdom
- Is comfortable working collaboratively and being part of a larger church team
- Is willing to become part of the Hope community and invest in it for the long term
- Aligns fully with the beliefs, mission, vision, and values of Main Street Church
- Has relevant pastoral, ministry, or leadership experience
