Job Summary
Encourage spiritual growth among international students, scholars, and families through building relationships, hosting cultural events, and leading Bible discussions. Connect with student associations to mobilize volunteers for the campus ministry team and pursue creative strategies for culture-specific outreach initiatives. Develop a team to support salary and ministry expenses while adhering to IFI's statement of faith and core values. Requires living near Penn State University campus, a Bachelor's degree, and minimum one-year involvement in campus ministry or completion of the IFI ISEED Program. Full- or part-time options available with occasional evening and weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum one-year involvement in campus ministry or completion of IFI ISEED Program
- Requires the candidate to live near the campus on which they will be serving
- Occasional evenings and weekends required for specific events/projects
- Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats
