Job Summary
Encourage spiritual growth among international students, scholars, and their families by building relationships, hosting cultural events, and leading Bible discussions. Connect with student associations to mobilize volunteers for the campus ministry team and pursue creative strategies for sharing God's love through culture-specific outreach initiatives. Develop a team of partners to cover financial needs including salary, benefits, and ministry expenses while adhering to IFI's statement of faith and core values. Required Qualifications
- Must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
- Must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures
- Must be willing to adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
- Must be available for overtime or weekends
- Must be available for attendance at the IFI retreat
- Must be able to live near the campus on which they will be serving
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- One-year involvement in campus ministry
- Completion of IFI ISEED Program
