Job Summary
Oversee the SEND service-immersion program, including selecting locations for eight annual trips and managing application processes for approximately 70-80 undergraduate participants. Select, train, and form 14-16 student leaders and faculty advisors annually while providing weekly meetings and individual pastoral care. Create programming around peace and justice, collaborate with departments on days of service, and advise two trips per academic year. Assist in supervising campus ministry retreats and spiritual groups. This role supports the Catholic Augustinian mission at Merrimack College, a private institution in North Andover, Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Divinity, Theology and Ministry, or a related field
- This is an on-campus position
- This position is subject to the successful completion of a criminal background check
