Campus Minister, Disciple Groups

Job Summary
Coordinate group launch seasons and Discover Group events three times annually, overseeing logistics for facilitators, food, facilities, and promotion. Lead and develop teams of disciple group leaders and coaches while tracking weekly health metrics in the Rock to increase follow-up and multiply groups. Manage on-campus group operations including Monday night groups, childcare, and safety protocols. Provide ministerial leadership, teach classes, and shepherd the San Pablo campus alongside the Discipleship Director. This role supports the Church of Eleven22 mission to help people discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ through authentic spiritual disciplines and structured disciple-making strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of ministry leadership experience including experience managing teams, volunteers and/or ministry areas
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong proactive communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to make disciples who make disciples
- Strong planning, cross-ministry collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to recruit and build serve staff teams to meet established goals
- Ability to learn and utilize new computer software
- Must be available for Sunday through Thursday
- Must be available for full weekends
- Must attend all staff events (e.g., All-Skates)
