Job Summary
Campus Life Summer Intern supports operational, administrative, and student-facing functions across multiple Campus Life offices at Saint Mary's College. Responsibilities include helping manage daily operations of the Mother Pauline Pantry (online orders, open hours, inventory), assisting with the Belle Tower platform transition (content uploads, testing, improvement ideas), developing training materials for Belle Tower, staffing front desk desks at the SEE Hub and SEE Leadership Suite, aiding Orientation preparation and implementation, supporting Residence Life operations (Room Condition Reports, occupancy prep, housing projects), assisting Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students offices with administrative projects and data entry, completing special projects across Campus Life, and attending meetings to support project planning and professional development. Ideal candidates are adaptable, organized, collaborative, and comfortable learning new technology platforms while managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- rising sophomores or higher
- interest in higher education, student affairs, residence life, event planning, communications, leadership development, technology, or related fields
- prior experience not required
