Job Summary
Campus Instructional Coach collaborates with campus administrators and faculty to design and implement school-wide instructional initiatives based on campus data and in alignment with District goals. Coaches teachers in the implementation of the district’s curriculum, models instructional best practices through coaching and presentations, and works with campus administration to support teachers in need of growth. Maintains positive teacher/student relationships, mentors to foster a positive learning environment, and provides staff development on instructional strategies, at-risk interventions, and curriculum modification and acceleration. Requires strong coaching, curriculum design and implementation knowledge, ability to interpret data, and ability to deliver training to adult learners. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), valid Texas teaching certificate with ESL endorsements, and three years of teaching experience. On-site at Fort Worth campuses with no remote work and regular district-wide/state travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Valid Texas Teaching Certificate with required endorsements in appropriate content area
- Valid Texas Teacher Certificate in English as a Second Language – Required for all Core Subject Teachers
- Three (3) years successful teaching experience
