Job Summary
Turn data into insights to inform financial, loan acquisition, and risk decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, prepare reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Explore how AI and automation improve processes and strengthen financial controls and risk management practices. Collaborate with experienced professionals to solve complex business challenges while building practical skills in enterprise-scale finance. This 10-week program runs June 7–August 13, 2027, with a target pay of $33.00/hour. Based in Washington, DC or Reston, VA, the role offers mentorship, networking, and a pathway to full-time employment.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of Spring 2028
Desired Qualifications
- Academic achievement (preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher)
- Finance majors with coursework and/or experience in information systems or data science
- Strong analytical background
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to contribute to a team atmosphere
- Self-starter, strong business acumen, and results focused
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Fluency and aptitude with technology applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot Studio, and SharePoint
- Proficiency with ChatGPT, including building agents, skills, projects, etc.
