Job Summary
Campus Facility Supervisor oversees campus buildings and grounds to ensure safety, operability, and cleanliness, supervising facilities maintenance staff, monitoring HVACR systems and the EMS, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing work orders via School Dude, leading campus maintenance projects, and ensuring safe, compliant operations with budget planning for custodial and grounds needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred; AND four years of facilities maintenance experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Completion of HVACR training program or HVACR prior experience; AND two years supervisory experience.
