Job Summary
Lead strategic direction for Campus Experience coordinators and hundreds of volunteers to create warm, safe, and relational weekend environments. Build sustainable leadership structures by recruiting, developing, and coaching team leaders while utilizing the Leadership Playbook to identify future talent. Provide direct oversight for all assigned ministries including Parking, Hospitality, Hosts, Safety & Security, and other guest-facing areas. Manage the annual budget, measure key outcomes, and ensure documented procedures and emergency plans exist for every environment. Partner with Programming, Communications, Operations, and NextGen to ensure holistic weekend execution and seamless cross-department collaboration.

- Demonstrated competency, leadership experience, and ability to lead within a growing church environment

Desired Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant ministry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead volunteer teams.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience leading teams through change and organizational growth.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Graduate-level degree in ministry, leadership, organizational leadership, business, education, communications, or a related field.
- Additional ministry training, certifications, seminary coursework, or leadership development experience
- Ongoing learner who actively pursues personal, spiritual, and leadership growth
