Job Summary
Campus Experience Coordinator at Herzing University is the on-site initial contact for student inquiries, serving as an advocate and coordinating administrative campus activities such as recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, events, and data-entry in Herzing Hub. Responsibilities include guiding student interactions, supporting departments to ensure student success, assisting with vendor/contracts, coordinating on-campus events, managing front desk operations, calendar management, basic reporting, and student orientation/onboarding activities. Requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 1–3 years in administrative/operational support, strong MS Office skills, data management capabilities, experience with student information systems/CRM/LMS, and familiarity with CampusNexus/Anthology and Salesforce preferred. Full-time role based on on-campus requirement in Metairie, LA; travel to local campuses as needed; benefits include tuition waiver and health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or three years equivalent experience
- One to three years’ experience with administrative or operations support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in keyboarding, document editing, data management and up to date internet technology
- Experience with software systems and platforms for student information, customer relationship management (CRM), learning management and campus data
- Proficiency in CampusNexus/Anthology and Salesforce preferred
