Job Summary
Campus Executive Assistant responsible for academic, campus, and administrative duties under the Campus Director and Dean for Academic Affairs. Responsibilities include maintaining logs/databases, preparing meeting minutes, distributing KPI updates, organizing meetings and agendas, managing faculty/student files and contracts, onboarding new hires when requested, maintaining campus keys, coordinating employee engagement activities, campus purchasing and office equipment support, and providing frontline campus services and navigation for students and staff. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, strong written/verbal communication, outstanding organization, and proficiency with common business software; schedule flexibility and a cell phone are needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
- Minimum of four years’ progressively more responsible administrative experience in a corporate or academic environment supporting mid to upper-level manager(s)
- 1-2 years of previous HR experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational and problem resolution skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; ability to use CampusVue
