Job Summary
Campus Event Specialist at JLL responsible for coordinating campus events and logistics, supporting student communications and engagement, managing on-site operations, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and promoting events across campus platforms. Requires 2+ years of relevant experience, an associate degree or higher, and proficiency in Chinese and English; strong MS Office skills and a track record in event logistics and participant coordination. Location is on-site in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Education: Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or above
- Proficient in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in campus recruitment, international conferences, or large-scale events is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build effective relationships with students, universities, and internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with data accuracy and process consistency
