Job Summary
Lead and develop the Engineering team while overseeing maintenance operations across the TETRA Hotel and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park campus. Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems, administer preventative maintenance programs, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. Administer budgets, inventories, vendors, and capital projects while partnering with Operations teams to support guest satisfaction. Support the Director of Engineering with additional duties and assist with campus-wide sales strategies, promotions, and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering or facilities management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, campus-based team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require
