Job Summary
Campus Culture Coordinator role coordinating campus safety and student conduct: supervise students in cafeteria, hallways, and grounds; enforce school policies; resolve disciplinary issues with staff, students, and parents; maintain student disciplinary records; coordinate with Head of School, Safety and Security Training Coordinator, and Incident Command team; participate in Safe2Tell notifications and threat assessments; ensure radio communication with staff and contribute to safety drills and Emergency Operations Procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in conflict resolution, restorative practices, family engagement
