Job Summary
The Campus Coordinator of College Success develops and implements campus college-going initiatives and related programming to ensure DSST Public School students have viable college matriculation options and the knowledge, skills, and mindsets needed for college success. Responsibilities include creating and executing the campus internship program, teaching college seminars, conducting family college planning conferences (FAFSA review, college list development, and financial aid guidance), coordinating campus visits and college fairs, advising on applications and financial aid documents, maintaining relationships with college liaisons and scholarship organizations, tracking data on senior caseloads and program outcomes, and upholding NACAC college counseling best practices. The role also supports student recruitment and after-school tutoring and may involve coordinating 100+ internship opportunities and 20-40 internship partners. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a 6th-12th grade setting or higher education, with a commitment to serving diverse student populations.
