Campus Care Aide, Registry

Provide resident care according to physician's orders and maintain accurate care records while complying with CDC, OSHA, and JCAHO standards. Assist with toileting, bathing, grooming, and daily activities including walking, meal delivery, and laundry services. Perform wellness checks, medication reminders, and organize campus activities. Escort residents to meals and special events, manage pet services, and handle ted hose applications and removal. Greet residents and family members during admissions, document medical changes, and conduct shift reports. Maintain a calm living environment using gait belts for non-ambulatory residents.
