Campus Branch Leader

Campus Branch Leader on a high-volume campus site, responsible for leading a sales-driven, member-focused branch team, achieving sales and growth goals, delivering exceptional member service, coaching staff, and managing branch operations, lending, security and risk processes. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience; minimum two years of financial or sales management experience; valid Colorado driver’s license; multi-lingual skills are a plus. Starting pay range is $60,968.22–$76,222.56 annually, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more. Office located in Pueblo, Colorado; on-site work; travel may be required. NMLS registration may be required and background checks performed.
