Job Summary
Conduct daily after-care with students and assist the Campus Coordinator with other assigned duties. Oversee children of multiple ages while demonstrating Christ-like professional behavior, punctuality, and servant leadership. Engage the administration, teaching staff, and students in a culture of Christian charity and joy. Maintain a biblical model of work characterized by consistency and modesty. Applicants must possess a vibrant Christian testimony, support the school's Statement of Faith, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Full support of Heritage's Statement of Faith, Mission, and Vision statements
- Familiarity with the classical model of education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to oversee children of multiple ages
- Part of a local church that aligns with the mission and vision of HCA
- Christ-like professional behavior
- Biblical model of work via punctuality, consistency, servant leadership and modesty
