Job Summary
Supervise students in hallways, assembly areas, eating zones, restrooms, and playgrounds while managing direct reports and ensuring team rotation. Report serious behavioral issues and safety hazards to administrators, assist with facilities and cleaning duties, and support event setup for games, performances, and graduations. Serve as the morning and afternoon emergency point person, monitor parking, and ensure smooth drop-off and pick-up processes. Work with staff to alleviate behavioral problems and deliver safety training to the team. Requires high school graduation, valid first aid certificate preferred, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or its equivalent
- Regular attendance, dependability, and punctuality
- Knowledge of Safety rules
- Knowledge of Standards of courtesy and behavior expected of students
- Must be flexible and team-oriented
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid First Aid Certificate issued by the red cross preferred
- CPR Certified preferred (will provide training as needed)
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in working with youth preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Understand and follow oral and written directions

- Encourages students in games and activities
