Job Summary
Conduct non-classroom supervision of students in hallways, assembly areas, eating zones, restrooms, and playgrounds while managing direct reports and enforcing area rotations. Report serious behavioral issues and safety hazards to the principal, assist in alleviating student problems during shifts, and perform cleaning duties to maintain campus grounds. Support facilities management, supervise events including games and graduations, and manage drop-off, pick-up, and parking logistics. Serve as the emergency point person for morning arrivals and afterschool hours, ensuring smooth break and lunch supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or its equivalent
- Regular attendance, dependability, and punctuality
- Knowledge of Safety rules
- Knowledge of Standards of courtesy and behavior expected of students
- Must be flexible and team-oriented
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Valid First Aid Certificate issued by the red cross preferred
- CPR Certified preferred (will provide training as needed)
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Understand and follow oral and written directions
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in working with youth preferred
