Greet customers and provide friendly product information and assistance; demonstrate products to customers; replenish and restock shelves per merchandising guidelines; maintain product knowledge; stay informed on advertised sales and pricing; assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves; promote programs including CLUB Membership and in-store pickup; follow company policies and procedures; deliver a legendary customer experience by helping customers identify needs and make product recommendations; operate the point of sale system and signage accurately; contribute to a clean, well-stocked, and organized sales floor.
