Job Summary
Assist customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating their needs, then make product recommendations based on this analysis. Promote various company programs and promotions while maintaining visual presentation standards including in-store signage, merchandise recovery, restocking, and floor maintenance. Respond to and resolve customer issues using good judgment and logic within the job scope. Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies related to the outdoor lifestyle. Provide legendary customer service and exceptional product knowledge to every customer.
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years' experience in a sales or service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to evaluate customers' needs and make recommendations based on needs
- Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer's expectations
- Ability to use good judgment and logic
- Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's specific products
