Job Summary
Clean and maintain guest cabins daily by making beds, vacuuming, mopping floors, replacing amenities, and managing linen. Ensure all assigned areas including hallways, pool areas, public bathrooms, and outdoor walkways are thoroughly cleaned. Respond to guest requests, report maintenance issues, collect lost items, and drive the campground tram while adhering to safety guidelines and using required PPE. Complete daily task assignments and support team leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or older
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Good judgement and a commitment to safety
- Individuals with a passion and excitement about Carowinds
