Job Summary
Camper Technician to test and repair campers/RVs, perform testing per the Pre-Delivery Inspection sheet, diagnose issues, conduct repairs and maintenance (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical), assist with winterizations and warranty work, demonstrate how RV systems operate to customers, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with the service team. Requires 1-3 years RV experience and a high school diploma; valid driver's license; competitive pay with benefits and potential commission.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working on RVs or in a service/repair facility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of RV systems and components is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and use ladders/tools as needed
