Job Summary
Campaign Coordination & Execution for integrated multi-channel campaigns at Purdue For Life Foundation. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of campaigns across email, print, web, social media, crowdfunding, paid media, and events; managing production timelines, data files, creative assets, approvals, and vendor deliverables; ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and audience segmentation; proofreading materials for clarity, accuracy, and consistency; applying core skills and building expertise through practice and peer feedback; conducting project execution with guidance from more experienced team members. The role involves collaboration with internal Purdue for Life Foundation and university colleagues, coordinating logistics with external vendors, and regular communication with the Director and stakeholders. Data-driven tasks include tracking performance metrics, contributing to A/B testing, post-campaign reporting, and shaping strategies based on results. Process management duties include maintaining organized documentation, identifying process improvements, and adapting to evolving priorities. Requires Bachelor;s degree and up to three years of related experience; benefits include holidays, vacation, retirement plans, health, dental, vision, and tuition discounts.
