Job Summary
Lead strategy, execution and optimisation of CPA Fundraising’s paid digital and campaigns ecosystem across large donor channels (including Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and events. Line-manage a team, collaborate with Digital Fundraising, Data and Customer Service to replace fragmented journeys with personalised, data-led donor experiences that drive acquisition, conversion and retention while growing lifetime value. Develop and manage paid digital budgets, implement rigorous test-and-learn practices, embed AI, automation and personalisation into donor journeys, and ensure ethical, supporter-centric use of emerging tech. Strong stakeholder management, hands-on experience with modern martech/analytics (CRM, marketing automation, GA4), and a proven track record of scalable campaigns at scale in fundraising contexts. Flexible working arrangements including working from home options; Australia-based role with office location in Allambie Heights, NSW.
