Job Summary
Campaign Success Manager role focused on driving campaign success and client relationships for a portfolio of digital marketing programs. You will serve as the primary client contact through the campaign lifecycle, lead kickoff and strategic planning discussions, monitor performance and KPIs, identify trends and risks, collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership, translate performance data into actionable recommendations, and contribute to process improvements within the Customer Success function. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3–5 years of client-facing experience in relevant areas; experience in B2B media, ad tech, digital publishing, agency, or integrated marketing environments is highly valued; strong communication and relationship-building skills, strategic mindset, and ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Campaign Management, Sales Planning, Client Services, or Digital Marketing)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in B2B media, ad tech, digital publishing, agency, or integrated marketing environments preferred
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume campaigns with attention to detail and organization
- Experience with Salesforce, campaign management platforms, or Monday.com is a plus
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, enterprise technology, digital media, or B2B marketing is strongly preferred
