Job Summary

Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist leading the design, build, and optimization of omnichannel campaigns and automated onboarding flows. Own the flows, logic, and personalization while collaborating with a technical partner handling data queries and backend setup. Build and manage always-on retention campaigns and essential service communications, drive advanced data segmentation and dynamic content, and continuously improve campaign results via A/B testing. Ensure compliance with GDPR and ACM guidelines and translate dataprofile into personalized customer journeys across channels (email, in-app, banners, telemarketing). The role is embedded in Vandebron's Growth team, reporting to the Manager Growth, with a hybrid Amsterdam-based work arrangement and a focus on migrating to a modern MAP/CDP landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms at UI level (e.g., Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, data logic, and workflow planning
  • Experience setting up personalization, conditional logic, and interpreting campaign analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Lightdash)
  • Practical knowledge of GDPR and ACM regulations regarding customer communications
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Available 32-40 hours per week
