Job Summary

Own end-to-end KOL and influencer campaigns in Thailand—from creator identification and briefing to negotiation, content production, publishing, and post-campaign reporting. Build and grow YouTrip's KOL network across mega, macro, micro, and nano tiers, nurturing long-term relationships with bloggers, creators, and content partners. Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms to drive new user acquisition and brand visibility in the Thai market. Monitor campaign performance daily, track KOL and media ROI, and translate results into actionable insights with the Performance Marketing and Regional teams. Manage media and influencer budgets to deliver efficient CAC, engagement, and ROI. Develop creative briefs and campaign concepts, ensuring resonance with Thai audiences while aligning with YouTrip's brand. Negotiate KOL rates, deliverables, and contracts to secure strong terms and clear scopes. Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies, platforms, and KOL management agencies, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance. Stay updated on Thailand's influencer landscape and platform changes. Collaborate with in-house design and creative teams to deliver high-quality assets across channels. Support the Campaign Manager in planning, always-on promotions, and partnership campaigns by leading the KOL and media workstream. You are a senior KOL and influencer marketing specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Thailand, fluent in Thai and English, capable of managing multiple creators and contracts, and data-driven to optimize performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns in Thailand
  • Strong network of creators, agencies, and platform partners
  • Experience planning and executing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Solid understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, CPM, CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • Data-driven with ability to analyze performance dashboards and optimize budgets, content, and media efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Thai and English
  • Ability to manage multiple creators, timelines, contracts, and deliverables
  • Objective-setting and accountability for campaign outcomes
